CoursePortify is an academic course translation and evaluation platform. You upload an IMS Common Cartridge of your course (or another supported package), select a target language and tier, and CoursePortify returns a translated cartridge plus an evaluation report describing accuracy, terminology consistency, and pedagogical fidelity.

Higher-education and continuing-education institutions, online program managers (OPMs), corporate L&D teams, training providers, and individual instructors who need fast, defensible, and audit-ready translation of curricula. The platform is engineered for institutional use rather than ad-hoc consumer translation.

Today: IMS Common Cartridge (.imscc and .zip), and standalone PDF / DOCX / HTML / XML payloads packaged inside a zip. We translate text inside HTML pages, XML manifests, PDF text streams, and Word documents.

On the roadmap: SCORM, xAPI, and direct LMS connectors (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace).

English ↔ Latin American Spanish is generally available today. Additional language pairs are unlocked under the Enterprise tier so we can validate pedagogical fidelity for the specific language and domain.

Our internal benchmarks place translation accuracy above 95.5% and evaluation accuracy above 97.2% on representative course content, with a Human-in-the-Loop expert review on Premium-tier jobs. Outputs are produced by AI and should be reviewed by your subject matter experts before classroom use; we cannot guarantee specific accuracy levels for any particular course.

Pricing is per job, based on the tier and word count of the course you upload. We count translatable words across HTML, XML, PDF, and DOCX assets after extraction.

• Basic — $150 per translation (up to 5,000 words), $75 per evaluation. Best for short modules, single units, or pilot content.
• Pro — $800 per translation (up to 40,000 words), $350 per evaluation.
• Premium — $1,200 per translation (up to 80,000 words), $200 per evaluation.
• Enterprise — custom pricing for larger courses or volume contracts.

Not by default. We bill per job so you only pay when you actually translate or evaluate a course. Institutional customers can put annual volume commitments under a Master Services Agreement — contact us if that's a better fit.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize a charge at job submission, the worker dispatches once Stripe confirms the payment, and you receive a downloadable archive when the job completes. We do not store your full card details.

Full refunds are available before processing has begun (within 24 hours of payment). Once translation or evaluation work has started, jobs are non-refundable but quality concerns are eligible for human re-review at no additional charge. Details on the Refund Policy page.

Where required by law, applicable sales / use / VAT taxes are collected at checkout in addition to listed prices.

On Google Cloud Platform in U.S. regions. Course uploads are stored in Google Cloud Storage; job metadata in Google Cloud Firestore. Both are subject to our 48-hour auto-delete policy for uploaded folders.

Uploaded course folders are automatically deleted 48 hours after upload, regardless of job state, by Cloud Storage lifecycle rules and Firestore TTL policies. Job metadata is kept for up to 90 days for support purposes.

No. Course content excerpts sent to Google Vertex AI / Gemini and Google Cloud Translation are processed under enterprise data terms that prohibit using your inputs or outputs to train general-purpose models. We do not train any model of our own on your content.

CoursePortify is designed to translate course-design artifacts rather than student records. When an educational institution authorizes us under a written agreement to process course content, we act as a "school official" with a legitimate educational interest under 34 CFR § 99.31(a)(1)(i)(B), and only to the extent set out in that agreement.

Only you. The platform isolates uploads and jobs by signed-in owner identifier; another user signing in with a different account cannot see, list, or download your folders or job outputs.

Basic-tier jobs (up to 5,000 words) typically finish in under 5 minutes. Most Pro-tier jobs (up to 40,000 words) finish in under 30 minutes of processing time. Premium jobs include an expert review pass and typically complete within the same business day. Enterprise jobs are scheduled with a delivery commitment in the Order Form.

System-side failures that we cannot remediate are refunded in full automatically when we detect them, or upon your request via contact@koneroanalyticsml.com.
