Prices shown in U.S. dollars. Sales, use, value-added, and similar taxes are not included and are added at checkout where required by law. Larger jobs are routed into the Enterprise tier and quoted directly so we can scope expert review and delivery cadence appropriately.

How pricing works

  1. You upload your course package (.zip / .imscc).
  2. CoursePortify extracts the text content and counts translatable words across HTML, XML, PDF, and DOCX assets.
  3. The platform suggests the appropriate tier based on the word count and shows you the price before you authorize.
  4. You authorize the charge through Stripe; the worker dispatches and you receive a downloadable archive when complete.

Refunds & quality guarantees

Full refunds are available before processing begins. Once translation or evaluation work has started, jobs are non-refundable but eligible for human re-review at no charge if quality concerns arise. Full details on the Refund Policy page.
